PURPOSE OF PROGRAM
Mentoring as an enabler & catalyst for growth & development of the person being mentored as well as the Mentor
Create opportunities to develop & assist members of our professionals to successfully navigate the recovery process
Realise their career & personal aspirations provide on-going guidance & enhance their potential
Create & improve the mentoring expertise within our community & ASEAN through formalised consistent & sustainable methods & processes.
CRITERIA & COMMITMENT REQUIREMENTS OF PROGRAM
COMMITMENT to program completion & BELIEVE Mentoring will “Make a Difference”.
Duration of Program: 12 weeks (3 months) ( 9 May 2023 – 8 Aug 2023).
Set aside TIME & EFFORT: Minimum (60 minutes per week) for scheduled meet-ups &
discussions; Knowledge & Learning Sessions (KLS) (skills & sharing with partner & group).
Mentee Journal entries completion; Utilize the MENTOR CIRCLES App [aka Mentoring
Engagement Tool (MET) in a timely regular manner].
Formal matching process based on intended desired Mentee’s goal(s) & objectives.
Active participation in all transfer
